How do we hook up fiber internet in your RV so fast?
Setup only takes about 5 minutes, most folks could do it on their own but our dedicated team is available upon your arrival to help you get up and running in no time.
Plug in an Ethernet cable
Each site has a weatherproof Ethernet port in it. This is where the internet comes out. RV Fiber provides you with an Ethernet cable and a router that plug into the Ethernet port.
Get the cable into the RV
Most RVs DO NOT have an Ethernet port. We’re as shocked as you are and we intend to change that. For most folks we just put the Ethernet cable through the gap in the your slide-out. Honestly, it works great and there’s no downside.
Plug in the provided WiFi router
Routers are what make the “wired internet” wireless. Your WiFi router will be pre-configured with a new network name and password - so all the WiFi traffic in and out of your router is private!
How much does it cost?
Exceptional service and great internet in an RV, with no term contract. Now that’s unheard of. Take my money!
We looked out into the vast expanse of RV Parks that advertised WiFi and discovered from your yelp reviews that it 100% sucks. You definitely can’t watch Netflix and if you want to check your email it only works in this one corner of your RV.
It’s hard to put a price on the immense value of reliable internet that just works, but we did, and we think you’ll find our rates are competitive.

We get so excited about exceptional service and reliable internet that we have glossed over some other really important features. So in case you missed it, here it is in bullet points:
Fine print, and tea.
We got you this delicious cup of tea coffee to sip while you read these important words.
(Read the whole end user license agreement here.)
Don’t do this
Don’t share your WiFi with your neighbor, even if it’s your uncle Larry. No, especially if it’s your uncle Larry. We love Larry, but whoever has access to your WiFi password has unrestricted access to your personal network and all of the devices on it like your smart TV and your printer (who knows what Larry might print).
People make internet mistakes, so it’s better to be separate than sorry. Get Larry a link so he can have his own private, reliable internet access.
Do do this
Share your Netflix password. The worst that can happen is uncle Larry hijacks your recommendations.
How fast does it go?
If you never have to wait for a movie to buffer and your Zoom calls all look and sound great, does it matter what speedtest says?
The most internet consumptive thing you can probably do is watch Netflix. And to watch Netflix you should probably have the fastest internet connection you can afford, Gigabit internet service, right? Well, gigabit means 1000mbps (megabits per second) and Netflix at Full HD quality only uses 5mbps. At 4K it’s only about 15mbps. And Zoom uses only about 1.2 mbps for download and 0.7 (point seven) for upload.
At this point you might be thinking that Speedtest doesn’t provide the whole picture.
You might also be surprised to know that most CABLE internet UPLOAD speeds max out at 10 to 20mbps, this is a limitation of how cable internet works. RV Fiber’s network on the other hand has the same capacity for download AND upload.
RV Fiber’s promise to our customers is a great, reliable internet experience and excellent service — maybe not bonkers speed test results. But if crazy speed is your thing, we have higher speed tiers available, call us for details.
What if my service isn’t exceptional and my internet experience isn’t great?
Here is our phone number so that you can blow it up when the internet goes down: (970) 539-9554. If we don’t answer, leave a message and rest assured we got the message and we’ll do our best to fix the problem ASARP (as soon as reasonably possible) and then make it right by you! It’s in our discretion to make refunds.
Uptime Check
Our goal is great, reliable internet service, that said, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime; we’re still at the mercy of the companies that provide fiber service to the RV park and they certainly won’t guarantee 100% uptime to us either. If the problem is up the line from us we’ll let you know when it should be back online.
Who is RV Fiber LLC?
RV Fiber LLC is separate from the RV Park where you are staying, but we’re their closest partner in service and support of the technology that keeps the park on its feet. Our goal is to help the RV Park provide an exceptional amenity to their customers — great, reliable internet access. We hope that we do SUCH a great job that you’ll stay longer and come back often.
If you call the RV Parks customer service for help with the internet, you’ll probably get transferred right to us.
